ACLU
In case you don't know, ACLU stands for American Civil Liberties Union. It has a nice ring to it, don't you think? It sounds as American as apple pie and baseball. Most Americans have the impression that the ACLU is an unbiased organization of good hearted lawyers and legal experts with the best interests of the American Taxpayers at heart.
You may have the idea that this organization stands poised and ready to defend you should someone trespass your civil rights. The ACLU is on our side, right? They're sort of our big brother that will come to our rescue in the time of need, right?
Actually most American Taxpayers are quite ignorant of the ACLU, it's socialist founder Roger Baldwin, it's communist beginnings and it's questionable agenda through the years. It's no wonder. They have done a superb job of not advertising who their founders were and what their real intentions were. But how have they been able to put on an air of red, white and blue while at the same time undermining everything that America really stands for?
Understanding who the founder was and understanding the beginnings of the ACLU movement in the 1920's helps a person make sense of the actions that the ACLU has taken over the years - and the damage they have caused our country. The reason that I am even including this section on the ACLU is because it is important for Americans to understand what the ACLU is about if they want to understand how and why so many bad changes have taken place in our country over the years.
Understanding who was behind so many of the changes and what their motivation has been is essential to understanding why our nation has taken the strange twists that it has. Twists that our founding fathers would not approve of.
Once you grasp what the ACLU really stands for, a lot of things start to make sense concerning the path our nation has taken over the last 80 years (they began around 1920). Things start to fall in place like a jigsaw puzzle. But here is the problem. I don't know how much I can say about the ACLU before they choose to fabricate some legal charges against the American Taxpayer party and tie us up in court for the next few years.
The ACLU has a multi million dollar budget that they can use to come after the "little guy". That's us. The American Taxpayer party does not have the money to fight the ACLU in court. They could easily bankrupt us for trying to educate the American Taxpayers about this problem.
I'm not going to go into detail about the founder of the ACLU, the anarchist that he claimed had a great affect on him, his philosophy on life or why and how he started the ACLU. I'm not going to go into the cases that they have stirred up through the years that have caused such negative changes in our nation. I'm also not going to explain their ties to the old Soviet Union. And I'm sure not going to suggest that the ACLU would ever make one penny (or millions of dollars) standing up for the pornography industry. But I can mention a few key words that a person could easily Google up if they were inclined to.
A person could probably find a lot of good information about the ACLU on the internet if they were to use the Google search engine. As a matter of fact I bet a person could find a number of books that could enlighten them to the good and bad aspects of the ACLU. If a person was to search a little on the internet I suppose they could even come up with websites like "discoverthenetworks.org" which might have a little information about the ACLU. A few other terms and names that a person might want to "Google" would be:
Roger Nash Baldwin (ACLU founder; socialist/communist sympathizer)
Emma Goldman (anarchist; was the great influence on the ACLU founder)
Friends of the Soviet Union (an organization to which Baldwin belonged)
William Foster (communist; on ACLU founding board of directors)
Elizabeth Gurley Flynn (communist; on ACLU founding board of directors)
Crystal Eastman (socialist; on ACLU founding board of directors)
Scott Nearing (socialist; on ACLU founding board of directors)
Norman Thomas (socialist; on ACLU founding board of directors)
Those few names should put a person hot on the trail of what the ACLU was when it began and why it takes the stands that it does today. Of course if a person wanted to go in depth and unravel more about the ACLU they could probably Google up "books about the ACLU" and come up with more information than they need.
Listen folks, it is important for Americans to understand what organizations like the ACLU are up to and how it affects all of us. Understanding the ACLU will help us find our way back to what our founding fathers really wanted for this nation. You're going to want to know this kind of information when you are going to the polls to vote on the various issues that you will have the opportunity to vote on when I become president. You will want to make informed decisions.
Always keep this in mind. Communism is a great theory for a perfect world with perfect people. It just can't work in the real world long term because it doesn't take into account the true nature and selfishness of mankind. In the real world communism only gives it's followers false hope which later turns to despair when their false ideology crumbles before their eyes.
It's an illusion that is in fact a lie which the simple minded get caught in, like a trap. Then, because of their human pride, the propagators and the followers refuse to admit they were wrong. That's when the masses pay for the false wisdom of the few who propagated the lie. True communism, left to itself and not propped up by others, does not and cannot work long term.
Socialism, communism's twin sister, is also idealistic foolishness reserved for those who are disgruntled with the real world. The thought that everyone will cooperate with each other to make an even economy and an even world is pie in the sky. Like it or not, human nature says, "Me first!". That's the real world. People are selfish. Deal with it. Forcing everyone to act like they aren't can't work long term. Socialism is good for one thing. It makes everybody equally miserable - except for those dreamers who propagated the lie to the masses.
In case you haven't noticed, they always seem to find a way to put themselves as the leaders with privileges hidden from the working people. Eventually socialism crumbles because it stands contrary to the real world, contrary to truth and contrary to human nature. "One world socialism" is the ultimate blind optimism of dreamers and the ultimate slavery of all mankind. And don't think that it's sleeping. These days it has taken a different twist. [See "Globalism" in Index 2.]
The U.S. is not perfect. Capitalism is not perfect. Democracy is not perfect. But if there is one thing we have learned from the last 100 years, it's that they are better than any of the alternatives considering that we live in an imperfect world with imperfect people. They are especially better than the foolishness of Marx and Lenin and the other progressive know-it-all's who didn't understand how human nature works in the real world. Our founding fathers were light years ahead of these self proclaimed "thinkers" - who have led so many into slavery.
Americans must be willing to adhere to the U.S. Constitution, the ideology of freedom, and a government by the people, of the people, and for the people based on the beliefs of our founding fathers. Taken in their proper context they were designed to guide a nation forever. We would do well to look back at them and ask, "Where did we go wrong?". We're going to talk about all of this on national television when I become president. And all of the changes that we've had to endure for the last 40 years will start to make some sense. Our meetings will also help us understand our way back.
